For a while now, companies have been investing heavily in GenAI. Licenses, tools, training, experiments. The enthusiasm is real. So are the announcements.
But on the ground, the reality is more nuanced. Most organizations struggle to answer three simple questions: who is actually using GenAI in my teams? What does it concretely deliver? And which agents should I prioritize?
This is not a technology problem. It is an organizational one. And that is precisely what Mendo solves.
VivaTech is where companies betting on technology to transform their organization come together. This year, we are showing up with a clear stance: sharing what actually works, not what should work in theory.
Real deployments, measurable data, agents in production — across companies of all sizes, across a range of industries.
We will be there for three full days, with a team available to discuss, demonstrate, and get into the specifics with you.
Our presence is built around three points on the floor:
Our stand at the Start-up Corner: 2J05-001 | June 17–19. This is where we host, demo, and exchange. This edition is a first: it is the first time we combine our own space with a simultaneous presence on two partner stands. Live demos, real field feedback, unfiltered conversations about what teams deploying GenAI are actually experiencing.
La Poste stand: Hall 7.2 | June 17. A presence alongside one of our partners, and an opportunity to see in context how a large organization structures its GenAI adoption at scale.
SNCF stand: Booth 2F37 | June 19. A second partner presence. A different environment, a different sector, the same transformation challenges in complex organizations.
Mendo exists to solve a problem many recognize but few can name: GenAI adoption stalls not because the tools are poor, but because the organization is not structured to absorb change at scale.
What we consistently observe in the field:
Usage is scattered. A few enthusiastic champions, many employees who have not found their entry point. The potential is there, but it does not translate into collective value.
ROI is invisible. Leadership invests, but without visibility into what works, who uses it well, and where to focus efforts.
Agents arrive too early. Organizations deploy agents before knowing which teams are ready to adopt them, which use cases actually justify them, and how to onboard people around them. The result: underused agents and disappointing returns.
Mendo's answer is a system that addresses all three problems together, starting from real usage, making adoption measurable, and creating the conditions for agents to integrate where they deliver the most value.
GenAI transformation cannot be steered from a dashboard or a training room. It is built in the real flow of work, inside the tools teams already use, with personalized use cases, and guidance that adapts to their level of maturity.
That is why Mendo is embedded directly in Microsoft 365, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT, Claude, and the other GenAI surfaces of the enterprise. Not another destination. An adoption layer integrated where work actually happens.
And that is why we believe agent adoption cannot be improvised. It must emerge from real usage, be carried by the right teams, and come with onboarding and feedback built in.
If you are at the show and working on GenAI transformation, whether you are a CIO, HR leader, transformation director, or in charge of AI adoption in your organization, we probably have something worth talking about. Find us at stand 2J05-001 from June 17 to 19, at the La Poste stand on the 17th, and at the SNCF stand on the 19th.
