The recipients of your data are:
- Members of the Mendo development and maintenance team;
-Members of your employer's technical department or any other recipient, internal to your employer, to whom the technical department chooses to transmit this data.
The legitimate interests we pursue in collecting your data are:
- With regard to Mendo: monitoring the deployment of licenses in order in particular to ensure the proper use of the software and its future renewal by your employer;
- As far as your employer is concerned: the protection of acquired licenses by ensuring that they are used by authorized persons.
Collecting your data is required to activate your license. Refusal to provide your data or withdraw your consent would prevent the provision of Mendo services, and the license would therefore be uninstalled from your workstation.
Mendo will never collect the data in your workbook. However, if you report a problem, Mendo may ask for your permission to collect the data in your workbook in order to resolve the issue. This data will only be collected with your explicit consent, and will only be used by Mendo's technical teams.
We are likely to reuse your information for processing for statistical purposes.
If this is not the case to date, it is not excluded that Mendo or your employer may transfer the data collected outside the EU, but any such transfer will be carried out either on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses of December 27, 2004, approved by the European Commission, or on the basis of binding corporate rules.

- With regard to your employer: members of the technical management of your employer or any other recipient, internal & your employer, to whom the technical department chooses to transmit this data.
The legitimate interests we pursue in collecting your data are:
- With regard to Mendo: the improvement of our products and services, as well as the provision of sales arguments based on effective use, in order to demonstrate & our future customers, the benefits of the application on the uses observed;
- As far as your employer is concerned: optimization and management of the fleet of licenses deployed in order, in particular, to adapt future orders & the foreseeable evolution of observed uses (provisioning).
- This data cannot under any circumstances be used for surveillance & decision-making purposes by human resources & against you.
